Do you offer Free Shipping?
We normally ship US Postal Service with several regional carriers to provide the fastest and most economical delivery.
1. 48 states within the continental USA: $8 Flat Rate.
Free priority mail (1-3 business days) for orders over $75 (order total excludes sales tax)
2. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO
We ship US Postal Priority mail (2-3 business days shipping):
- -> $12 (order total up to $75)
- -> $15 (order total from $75.01 - $150
- -> $20 (order total from $150.01 - $200
FREE Priority Mail (2-3 business days shipping) for orders over $200 (order excludes sales tax)
3. International Shipping
International Shipping charges will be emailed for your authorization after we receive your order.
Do you ship international (outside of USA)?
Yes. However, we are unable to ship the following:
1. Restricted items/ingredients imposed by your country's import regulation. Please check with your local custom authorities details.
2. Free samples.
3. Products shipped with cold packs.

How fast will I receive my order?
Orders received before 1:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday are normally processed and shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.
1. Standard / Ground shipping: 3-5 business days
2. Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination address.
How do I return a product?
Contact us to get Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We may not process a refund if the product(s) returned to us does not have a RMA#.
How do I get a refund?
We offer a 30-day Money Back Guaranteed for our products. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, You may return the product and request a full refund. Please note the following:
1. Shipping charges incurred during shipment to you or back to us will not be refunded.
2. After 30 days from the order date, there will be no refunds.
3. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The Gift Certificate is emailed to the recipient immediately after payment.
4. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving your returned item(s). Please allow 1-3 business days to post to your bank or credit card account.
What if I received an incorrect or defective product?
We will email a return label and send a replacement. If the product was damaged or defective, take a photo of the damaged product immediately and email to us.
What if my package was lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us immediately and we will help rectify the problem. However, we are not responsible for:
1. Packages that are stolen, lost or damaged by your pets after delivery to your home by the carrier.
2. Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an address error provided by customer.
