All EatFit Superfoods orders are processed based on the following:
- 1. Orders received before 1:00 pm EST Monday thru Friday, are normally shipped the same day.
- 2. Orders received after 1:00 pm EST, Monday thru Friday are shipped the next business day.
- 3. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, are shipped the next business day.
All EatFit Superfoods orders are fulfilled and shipped from our US warehouse to your country by Air Freight.
After you place your order, the shipping charge will be emailed to you. Please reply to the email to authorize the shipping charge. Your order will not be shipped without your authorization.
In the email, we will provide the estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. The estimated delivery time reflects the standard delivery window provided by the Carrier.
Shipping rates are based on weight and size of package. You can find the product weight information in the product detail page.
EatFit Superfoods is not responsible for orders that may occasionally be delayed due to longer transit time, hold by customs and other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Your package may incur duties and taxes depending on the tax-free limit and the exchange rate when your package clears Customs. Product prices and shipping charges do not include custom fees, taxes, duties or tariffs.
EatFit Superfoods is not responsible for any custom fees, duties and taxes. It is the Customer's responsibility to pay custom fees, import taxes, duties or tariffs at the time of delivery. If you want to discuss or dispute such fees, contact your country's appropriate authority.
We ship internationally. However, we are unable to ship the following:
1. Restricted items/ingredients imposed by your country's import regulation. Please check with your local custom authorities details.
2. Free samples.
3. Products shipped with cold packs.
Products sold thru EatFitSuperfoods.com are intended for personal use. Before ordering, familiarize yourself with your country's import regulations and restrictions as EatFit Superfoods is not responsible for any fees, fines, delays, or confiscation due to a violation of law.
Please let us know if a product should or should not be restricted. Email us the product or ingredient name with the relevant link of your local agency or authority's website.
Lost & Damaged Packages
EatFit Superfoods will not be responsible for any packages lost, held, confiscation or destroyed by Customs or while in transit.
An international order is considered "lost" after 60 days from the date of shipment (not including weekends, holidays, order processing and fulfillment time). If your package is lost, please notify us via email within 90 days from the order date to discuss your options. Claims can only be process after the 60-days period. If an item is damaged, a photo is required.
EatFit Superfoods do not offer replacements, store credits or reship merchandise. Refunds for the cost of the product/item will only be issued if the package is returned to EatFit Superfoods undamaged and in a resalable condition. Unfortunately, shipping cost is non-refundable and you may be liable for the cost incurred by EatFit Superfoods to return a package due to restrictions.
EatFit Superfoods is not responsible and will not issue refunds under no circumstances for the following:
1. Customer refusal of the package
2. Incorrect address provided by the Customer
3. Package confiscated, damaged or destroyed by Customs
4. Package damaged while in transit
5. Package lost while in transit
EatFit Superfoods do not offer replacements, store credits or reship merchandise. Refunds due to lost, damaged, confiscation by Customs, or Customer's refusal or error, will only be issued if the package returned to EatFit Superfoods meets all of the following criteria:
1. Merchandise is undamaged
2. Merchandise is in a resalable condition
3. Return shipping cost is less than the value of the merchandise
Please be sure to check the product expiration date which can be found on the Product Detail page as we do not issue replacements or accept returns for international orders after a Customer accepts the package due to custom regulations and shipping costs.
Our fraud team will investigate and prosecute to the fullest extent of the law at every opportunity. Please contact us immediately if you detect any fraudulent activities on your account or your account has been inaccurately marked as fraudulent.
Customers outside of United States do not normally experience delays or problems with their packages shipped from United States. Your local Customs authority will contact you directly if there are additional fees assessed to your order.
EatFitSuperfoods.com cannot be held responsible for any laws and regulations resulting in your local Customs charging additional taxes, duties, other related fees; confiscating, damaging or delaying of your package delivery. At any time, EatFitSuperfoods.com reserves the right to change policies without notice and at our sole discretion to refuse service to any customer.
