Refunds

We offer a 100-day Money Back Guaranteed for our products, except for Gift Certificates. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, You may return the product and request a full refund or apply the refund to your store credit.

Please note :

1. Shipping charges incurred during shipment to you or back to us will not be refunded.

2. After 100 days from the order date, there will be no refunds.

3. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. The Gift Certificate is emailed to the recipient immediately after payment.

4. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving your returned item(s). Please allow 1-3 business days to post to your bank or credit card account.

Returns

To return a product, you must get a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). We may not process a refund if the product(s) returned to us does not have a RMA#.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship your new product as soon as we receive your returned product. We will apply the refund and charge/refund the balance to your credit card or store account.

To get your new product quicker, make a new purchase. Then, follow the RETURNS instructions to return the other product.

Incorrect or Defective Product

If you received an incorrect or defective product due to our error, we will pay for your shipping back to us and send a replacement.

A photo is required, for damaged or defective products. Please take a photo of the damaged product immediately and email to us at help@eatfitsuperfoods.com

If your order was lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for:

  • -> Packages that are stolen, lost or damaged by your pets after delivery to your home by the carrier.
  • -> Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an address error provided by customer.
